Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties, all payments made to Confidella VA are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for:

✓ Services that have been performed or partially performed.

✓ Time reserved or allocated for a client.

✓ Subscription periods that have begun.

✓ Digital products, templates, downloadable resources, or customized deliverables once access has been provided.

✓ Client delays, cancellations, non-responsiveness, failure to provide required information, or changes in project scope after work has commenced.

✓ Consulting, strategy, planning, or advisory services already delivered.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Cancellation prevents future billing only and does not entitle the client to a refund for payments already processed. Services remain available through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

3. Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel future services in accordance with the applicable service agreement or subscription terms. Cancellation does not relieve the client of responsibility for payment of services already performed, scheduled, or contractually committed.

4. Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Confidella VA directly to resolve any billing or service concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first providing Confidella VA a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter may result in:

✓ Immediate suspension of services.

✓ Termination of the client relationship.

✓ Submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor or financial institution to contest the dispute.

✓ Collection efforts for unpaid balances where permitted by law.

5. Exceptions

Any exception to this Refund Policy must be approved in writing by an authorized representative of Confidella VA. No verbal statements or informal communications shall modify this policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

Confidella VA reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise required by applicable law.
